Carrie's bio

I started training because my Husband Simon Cohen is an IFBB Pro. Simon obviously trained religiously so I used to go along with him. I had always had biceps and abs without training but by going training I knew I would be able to improve on my overall appearance and I really liked the look of the figure competitors I used to see when going to Simon's competitions in America. How I came to do my first show was because every time Simon was getting ready for a show I never really knew what he went through so the only way I could really know was by doing a show myself. I asked Simon if he would help me to get ready for a show and I dieted for 10 weeks I did my first show which was the Miss UK and won, that was it, I had the bug!! I was so happy as I had only really been training for 5 months.

Goals

My long term goal would be to turn Pro and do some shows in the USA, but I have to win the other shows along the way.

Short term is to win the UKBFF British finals first and then go from there. It would be great if one day Simon and I could both be competing in the USA.
