I have recently had some experience in TV filming for a Welsh language programme aired on S4C were I spoke about Fitness for children; my PT business and also competing.  Since this I have been contacted by two other Welsh speaking TV companies who want to do features on me in the near future on their programmes, which I am very excited about.  

Goals

After being placed 3rd at Fame UK Championships 2010 - Fitness Model category, I now have the buzz for competing.  It gives me a focus and a goal to reach, and then allows me to show off what I have worked so hard for to hopefully be placed.  So I am now in the process of deciding which competition to compete in next.  I want to stay in the Fitness category.

 

I am now setting myself higher goals than ever in training as I want a higher placing next time I compete.  Becoming 3rd has made me even more determined, and I am looking forward to being on stage again.
